📦 Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Please keep in mind that processing times may be a little longer during sales, new launches, holidays, or other especially busy periods.
🚚 Shipping
We currently offer $6 flat-rate shipping on orders shipped within the United States.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow the carrier's normal transit time after your order has shipped.
Simply Positive is not responsible for:
USPS or UPS shipping delays
Items delivered that are damaged, lost, or marked delivered. Please visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page to submit a claim to the carrier. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for reshipping if Simply Positive receives a package back from the shipping company due to the address provided being undeliverable. If we don't hear back from you within 3 days of the issue, the order will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded (not including shipping that was at the cost of Simply Positive)

Are you local to Burlington, IA? We offer local pickup!
Add the code LOCALFREESHIP at checkout to receive free shipping, and I will reach out to you when your order is ready. Please do not come pick up your order until you've received a notification that it is ready.

💕 Preorders / Dropshipping
Some Simply Positive products are available as preorders or through dropshipping--meaning this ships from the actual warehouse to you directly. These items may have a longer processing time than our in-stock items.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder/dropshipping items, I will process everything in-stock on my end asap. The preorder/dropshipping is again directly shipped from the warehouse to you, so it is on their timing and not mine, unfortunately.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Simply Positive is not responsible for packages that are sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
