Due to our limited supply, all sales are final; we do not accept refunds or exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Order cancellations are not permitted.

The color and pattern of the product may differ according to photo editing, photo resolution, and lighting.

USPS or UPS shipping delays

Items delivered that are damaged, lost, or marked. Please visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page to submit a claim to the carrier. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for reshipping if Simply Positive receives a package back from the shipping company due to the address provided being undeliverable. If we don't hear back from you within 3 days of the issue, the order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded (not including shipping that was at cost of Simply Positive.)
