Simply Positive is not responsible for:

USPS or UPS shipping delays

Items delivered that are damaged, lost, or marked delivered. Please visit https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page to submit a claim to the carrier. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for reshipping if Simply Positive receives a package back from the shipping company due to the address provided being undeliverable. If we don't hear back from you within 3 days of the issue, the order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded (not including shipping that was at cost of Simply Positive.)
